Students in Y10, Y11, Y12 and Y13 enjoyed participating in a mock trial competition which was judged by Nick Jones, a practising criminal barrister. Students honed their debating skills as they formulated arguments in relation to a fictitious case based on The Computer Misuse Act (1990). The trial is part of a new Emerging Lawyers Programme at Dane Court which will also include wider reading, work experience and LNAT entrance test practice.
