Navigating the Storm: Free Support Workshop for Parents of Teens.
Parents/carers and young people are invited to a workshop called Understanding Your Teenage Brain. It will help you to understand your amazing brains and the changes that come with adolescence. We will also discuss​ strategies that you can use to improve communication and understanding between​ you and to regulate emotions.
You are invited to a NHS Emotional Wellbeing Team workshop on exam stress. It will help you to understand what causes anxiety and will also discuss techniques that you can use to overcome anxiety for exams. Suitable for parents/carers and young people.

We are delighted to invite you to our Community Parent Coffee Morning at Dane Court Grammar School on Friday 20th March, starting at 9:30AM.
The wellbeing of our students is a partnership between school and home. This event will provide networking opportunities with our community partners who are able to support you through the adolescent years.
